Kia ora and hello.
My name is Namrata Gulani.

I am an accredited mental health professional and LGBTQIA+ Specialist with over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages and stages of their lives. My specialisation is working with individuals and group therapy, training, and expertise in helping individuals suffering from mental health, emotional difficulties, and substance use issues.

I have a keen interest in client and family advocacy, prevention, and education to reduce the impact and recurrence of serious mental health issues.

As we are social creatures all therapy work is relational. If you feel like you need someone to listen or help you through a life transition, let's talk.
